Warranty Policy
We offer a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner of the product on all suppressors against manufacturing defects or breakage associated with the normal, intended use of the product. This warranty is non-transferable. At the company’s discretion we will repair or replace products. Modified, misused, or abused products may be evaluated by StingerWorx and, if possible, repaired at the customer’s expense.
NOTE ON THREADS AND ALIGNMENT
StingerWorx cannot control the alignment of barrel threads to the bore. The warranty covers only defects in the product. It is highly encouraged to use an alignment rod to ensure proper alignment of the suppressor to the bore. Improper installation or installation on a firearm with faulty or improper barrel threads comprises improper use and resulting damages and baffle strikes are not covered under the warranty.
Replacement or repair of discontinued/legacy products subject to inventory availability.
DO NOT SHIP ANY SUPPRESSOR FOR REPAIR WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING SALES AND DO NOT SHIP WITHOUT A COPY OF THE APPROVED RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION(RMA) AND ATF FORM.
GENERAL
It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the possession and use of any products sold by StingerWorx. StingerWorx will not be held liable for the illegal or improper use of any product sold by StingerWorx. StingerWorx reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. StingerWorx products are intended for use by properly trained and qualified personnel. If you do not have proper training to operate any StingerWorx product, do not use product until receiving such training. Improper, criminal, abusive, or negligent use, use by untrained individuals, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, defective, improperly loaded, non-standard, non-SAAMI/NATO specification, hand-loaded, or re-loaded ammunition, or neglect, may result in property damage, injury or death.
RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS
All sales of firearms, NFA products, and products manufactured with custom options are final with no returns. Cancellations prior to shipment incur a loss of any deposit. For the purposes of NFA products, a sale is completed when the product has been delivered to your FFL/SOT of choice on a Form 3.
Other products may be canceled without penalty prior to shipping, or returned within 15 days provided they have not been used, are in “New in Box” condition, and all packaging and documentation is intact; these returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Only the product price will be refunded (minus restocking fee); customer is responsible for shipping.
PRIVACY POLICY
We retain personal information as required by ATF laws, rules, and regulations and to maintain proper business records. We follow industry standard procedures for protection of confidential data. We do not share or sell any personal information that we collect, unless required by law.
