EVO Hunter: Lightweight Power for the Pursuit
The EVO Hunter was built for precision shooters and hunters who need maximum suppression without the weight. Using similar proven technology as the EVO Ti, but built in an Aluminum/Titanium hybrid it delivers excellent suppression in a compact and highly maneuverable package. At just over 9 ounces, it’s one of the lightest multi-caliber suppressors available – perfect for use on bolt guns for long hunts, mountain treks, and low rate of fire range shooting.
Engineered for Precision & Portability
Rather than a single piece titanium body like the EVO Ti, the EVO Hunter employs a hybrid construction: a titanium blast chamber, blast baffle, and mount for strength in the hottest, highest pressure zones, paired with a 7075 aluminum tube and baffle stack to reduce weight. This balance of materials delivers ruggedness while keeping rifles light, maneuverable, and comfortable to carry all day.
Dual Path Suppression Technology
At the core of the EVO Hunter is Stingerworx’s custom engineered Dual Path architecture. By splitting expanding gases into two separate pressure zones, this design reduces peak blast pressure and optimizes sound suppression. The result is an incredibly quiet suppressor that maintains accuracy and consistency with minimum weight penalty.
Built for Adaptability
Featuring industry standard 1.375×24 TPI HUB threading, the EVO Hunter comes with a titanium – whether the StingerWorx Emperor Brake, our own HUB-compatible direct mounts, or 3rd party HUB Systems. Shooters can also tailor performance with our Modular Device System, choosing between Flash Hider, Suppressor Brake, Diffusor, or the stock flat end cap configurations to fine tune recoil, muzzle rise, or flash reduction on the fly.
Serviceable Design for Long Term Use
With the intention of suppressor longevity, the EVO Hunter is fully serviceable. Its threaded, replaceable baffle stacks and tool features allow shooters to disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble with standard tools or our Universal Suppressor Clamp system. This ensures long term reliability and easy upkeep. The hybrid titanium + aluminum construction not only optimizes weight and strength but also makes the EVO Hunter practical for season after season use. Simply weight your suppressor on receipt and disassemble and clean after it has gained 1oz carbon build up.
Additionally, in the case of a baffle strike, the suppressor can be returned to us for evaluation and, if possible, we can rebuild the front half of your suppressor for a fee. This preserves the serialized blast chamber, meaning you don’t have to deal with the ATF or another tax stamp to get your suppressor back up and running.
